This phone is of the best to date of the BlackBerry line. I personally own this device and use it to maximize productivity in many ways. If using the 8320 with any network provider with the WIFI phone ability is incredible. Though it does require a solid signal from the WIFI routers to hold a call, I would say it holds 95% quality compared to a EDGE/GSM connection. That alone is amazing enough to make it worth using since having the @Home service with the cell plan, you can talk without using any of your minutes from your plan during the day or 24/7. If you work from home, have clients whom you can use WIFI with or business that allows your WIFI devices to connect then it automatically switches to the networks you are setup for, it even connects to open networks automatically if you allow it in the default settings. This devices switches between networks effortlessly.
