10 Simple Solutions to Shyness is by far one of my favorite self-help books. Being a shy girl myself, this book as helped me find ways to over come my shyness. With that being said, over coming shyness has allowed me to make friends, true friends. Many people got to see the real me, not the quiet one who everyone thought was a snob becaue I wouldn't talk to anyone.
