I have been very unhappy with the level of service I have received works. I have been using their phone service for two months and I have spent more time on the phone with tech support rather than focusing on my own business. When you want to speak to a manager they give you a hard time and no one seems to care. The people I have spoken to have all been negative and careless except for my sales person, go figure.
Ohh my goodness. We are talking about the worst company to deal with. Forget AT&T and the IRS, Vocalocity is creating its own category. My service always has issues with the person on the other side of the call complaining. I've had to increase my cell phone minutes since switching to Vocalocity. I can't imagine how imagine I've lost in business because of Vocalocity and I hate to think about it.
We've been with Vocalocity for around 8 months now and we have totally enjoyed using the service. The sound quality on the Linksys phones we use is great and we rarely ever exerience a dropped cal. I would recommend the service to any new small business proprietor.
Vocalocity is AWESOME!!! We switched from Packet8 two years ago and haven’t looked back. The service is straight-forward and cheap and you will never have to deal with foreign-based call centers. It is a no brainer, if you are in the market for a hosted-pbx provider, choose Vocalocity.
My strategic consulting firm employs fifteen extensions from Vocalocity. All of our end users claim that the phone system is simple to use and reliable. We enjoy the simplicity of the system due to the fact that all of us wear many hats in the organization and having to worry about a phone system is just an unnecessary stress. We have experienced one small outage over our year of service with Vocalocity but it was not significant enough to impact our operations during that period of time. Overall, Vocalocity is a great way to reduce your costs and your in house responsibilities.
