Iraq's Billions of Dollars Surplus

This was in the headlines for a day or so, and has just about disappeared from the news sites as far as I can see.

Can someone be upset that this might "anger" the American public, to say the least? This merits emails to my Congressmen for sure.

This country is falling apart, and WE are Still paying for rebuilding Iraq??? Have those idiots in Washington gone completely mad not requiring Iraq to start paying its own way? While I was in Iraq in 2005 I went on a mission with our 11th Cav troopers to a school to verify that electric outlets and ceiling fans had been installed by a contractor so the Army could write him a check. While our schools don't compare to theirs in quality, ours could use stand some improvements along with improvements in the US infrastructure all over this country. We never got repaid after WWII by Japan and Germany and those rotten Frenchmen. What is your rating for this policy???
