The Okapi is definitly a strange but cute looking animal. I wonder where it's been hiding all this time. I am still trying to decide what it looks like to me. A cross between a Zebra (stripes on the legs), a donkey,(it's body) and a deer, (the head). Again, very interesting animal.

The Okapi is a rare animal that is found in the rainforests in Africa. Just recently the Zoological Society of London were able to capture pictures of this rare animal. It looks like a zebra, a giraff and a deer all the same. I can't help but wonder if it is mixed bred.
