I tore my ACL in college and had a hard time getting around until I was introduced to the X-iser machine from a trainer buddy of mine. Not only did it really help me strengthen my knee again, but the cardio aspect of it was amazing. I lost about 20lbs in the first few months from doing their \"triple 20\" exercise and once i started incorporating the free weights I really started to see results. My wife and I now use this machine exclusively for our cardio workouts and recommend it to anyone who has had a previous knee injury, or just someone looking to lose some weight and improve their lifestyle.

There is no crock about it. I have witnessed with my own eyes 100's of DOCTORS, PRACTIONERS, PROFESIONAL ATHLETES scooping these phenomenal machines up by the PALLET, they are high in demand and low in supply. Really, I sold 1,000's of dollars worth of home gym equipment and replaced it with this, and it takes up 1/10th the space. It isn't a 'downgrade' by any means, it was an upgrade as it's the only unit that provided me the MOST results in the shortest amount of time.
