I have to say, this is BY FAR the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with not just cellular companies, ANY company in any industry. I gave there 14 day trial period a shot, BIG MISTAKE. I cancelled within the first 14 days, and did that stop the billing? Ofcourse NOT - the bills did not stop for over 6 months, and after I speant 10-12+ times fighting with them on the phone trying to explain to them all of the screw ups they took me through. I still had a COLLECTION NOTICE, on bills that were never suppose to of been sent out, and I had confirmation of cancellation - what a mess !

I will never recommend this service or company to anyone, and that is for sure! I've tried ATT I will write a review about them as well. Now I am with T-Mobile, wish me luck !

I highly recommend this VOIP provider, if you are looking for great customer service and someone who you can rely on to keep you online, and who can save you some $ on your phone bills, RELY on Vocalocity. Hey not to mention, it's one of the ONLY companies i've EVER come across that actually has a UNLIMITED TOLL-FREE Number. That is truely amazing, anyhow if I worked for them I know I would have about 1,000 new accounts in a week. I am very confident in there services and customer service. I would highly recommend again and again !

There is no crock about it. I have witnessed with my own eyes 100's of DOCTORS, PRACTIONERS, PROFESIONAL ATHLETES scooping these phenomenal machines up by the PALLET, they are high in demand and low in supply. Really, I sold 1,000's of dollars worth of home gym equipment and replaced it with this, and it takes up 1/10th the space. It isn't a 'downgrade' by any means, it was an upgrade as it's the only unit that provided me the MOST results in the shortest amount of time.

I knew something wasn't right when they told me $199.00 would take care of 'everything' no matter how bad. I had an estate property I was getting ready for sale, and one of the things that had to be done was get rid of the pest problems. Typical insects like spiders, ants, etc. Well we also had BEE's, anyway the fellow that came out to give us a QUOTE said sure not a problem we will take care of those bee's too ! I was 100% certain that for 199 every pest problem was going to be rid of and it came with a 30 day guarantee. Well come to find out, AFTER they charged my card, and serviced "what they wanted to service" I called up and said hey, guys? What gives, the BEE's haven't budged. THere reply was, OH we don't take care of bee's. So as you can imagine, after a phone battle, did I get ANYWHERE. HECK NO! They ripped me off, I still have HALF the problem and they kept all of the money. They tried to tell me to call some number, but they wanted 2 or 300 to remove them.

You know, after I compare John to our other 2 options. I am not sure who is better, this fellow is getting to be quite the old geezer, he could have a heart attack if the US Stock Market crashes. What then, take his dentures outs and give him CPR? Well honestly, I still would vote for him, as it's probably safer than voting for our other 2 candidates.

This phone is of the best to date of the BlackBerry line. I personally own this device and use it to maximize productivity in many ways. If using the 8320 with any network provider with the WIFI phone ability is incredible. Though it does require a solid signal from the WIFI routers to hold a call, I would say it holds 95% quality compared to a EDGE/GSM connection. That alone is amazing enough to make it worth using since having the @Home service with the cell plan, you can talk without using any of your minutes from your plan during the day or 24/7. If you work from home, have clients whom you can use WIFI with or business that allows your WIFI devices to connect then it automatically switches to the networks you are setup for, it even connects to open networks automatically if you allow it in the default settings. This devices switches between networks effortlessly.

This is the perfect device for you to rely on WIFI, EMAIL, BLUETOOH, VOICE DIALING, SPEAKER PHONE and everything it claims it will do - IT DOES and it works every time.

Remember good ol' Doom and Doom II Days? Now we FINALLY have a rock solid turning point in video gaming history. Yup this one will stick, it's the next gen of online gaming that we have been way past due for. By far, the best ONLINE Run-&-Gun type of game out there, and who would of thought it was going to be on the Xbox 360? COD4 Utilizes every possible element made available and at the same time is 99.99 percent balanced to every aspect of the game. Game play is 99.99% smooth while online, it's a quick, think fast or your off the map quicker than you can even figure out what just happened (We all had to start somewhere). It's not impossible , but you do start out as the 'newb' with Rank 1 out of 55, and that is enough motivation to build your rank and keep playing because each rank unlocks more weapons, perks, challenges, maps, etc which in turn just allows you to 'whoop' up more on your enemies in solo or team modes.

Asus Eee PC

After finally getting to test a demo unit, I must say it's quite useable for many purposes. The only 1 downfall is the size of the screen. It seems there is more room to increate the size, but the standard widescreen ratio would be dimenished. It is extremely light weight, the keyboard is large enough to type as normal for small to semi-large hands, for the larger it will be tough. The battery is very small, as in most pictures on the web it usually does not show it, and it makes you wonder if it's a brick, but its not. The power supply is about the same size as some CELL phone wall chargers, that's fantastic. This is truely a unit someone could carry around effortlessly, and would be a perfect companion for school note taking or similar. The system was running XP Pro when I tested it, it shutdown in less than 15 seconds, and booted up in about 25.

The keyboard wastes NO space, the body of the laptop is conformed to the smallest possible size with this type of keyboard, and the speakers are located in the top screen portion of the unit. It truely reminds me of the good ol' Toshiba Libretto's we had a few years back. The screen resolution is clear enough to use Adobe Photoshop where attention to detail is highly required for most, and is ofcourse clear enough to surf the web, check e-mail, or video conference with friends, family, clients, etc. The mouse glides just as it should, though the surface area a bit smaller and takes a few minutes to get used to, but it's a good thing its not any bigger or it require the entire unit to be that much longer in depth.

Overall, I was very skeptical at first, but have been proved wrong by ASUS. Even the casing on this unit is pretty firm, it has ONE of the strongest plastics I have seen in a laptop in a while, my 'test' for this is to always use a finger or two and press slowly on plastic behind the screen to see if any deformation on the LCD appears. I give the strength a 8 out of 10, when most laptops I see are from a 2 to 7 out of 10. This is your next best thing to a tiny Toshiba "ToughBook". All Hands down to the ASUS Eee PC.

This is the BEST beginner camera on the planet, the photo quality gives you exactly what you pay for. While not the cheapest starter camera, it is a SLR, and pricing doesnt start at your 100.00 pocket camera level. For 6.1 MP it's the most that any family really needs, unless you are really into extremely high-res family trip scenic photos that you intend on blowing up to put over the fire place mantle. Even so, this camera would do just that, but you might be able to count pixels. Otherwise I would go up one model level to the D40X, which is the 10MP range.

Anyhow, I wouldnt trade this camera for anything, although even for a newbie cam, you do want to pick up a 'how to' dvd from Nikon for $5.00 that will teach you how to fully utilize all features of this system. Other than the high end features, it still has it's point and shoot when ready, I also do recommend a high speed memory card so you can take the multishots at faster speeds.

Took me a few extra minutes than I had planned to find this rat hole. The entry way smelt of rotten water and moist repainted wood. Then after arriving only 11 minutes late I do admit, the lady I was going to see "I would assume was named Robin", had the NERVE to tell me that my appointment was 15 minutes ago, (which was slightly exaggerated) and that I needed to reschedule then asked if I would like to do so for next week.

It was quite clear, that they had no interest in providing the professional massage that I had made an appointment for. I'd be willing to bet that the owner pays the staff hourly, whether they massage or not. When I walked in 2 of the ONLY staff members, oh in fact the ONLY 2 people in the entire office were sitting behind the counter with no papers in there hands or in front of them practically staring into space and looking at me like what I am doing here? They completely did not appreciate the fact that I drove as far as I did to PAY for services they had all of the time in the world for clearly, but still turned me away with some snob attitudes. I told them, no in fact I would not like to reschedule.

I do NOT recommend making appointments with this place, no wonder the 35 dollar introductory massage sounded too good to be true. It's a rip off, don't waste your time like I did mine and the gas is expensive these days to be driving anywhere for no reason.

I would totally thrash this movie if it wasn't for the fact that I can relate to some of the situations having gone through two pregnancies with my wife now, but for those of you who aren't married, or have kids... you might not emotionally understand half of what goes on in this movie. It's lame adult comedy, that is actually more frustrating than it is funny at times. I would hardly give this a movie 3 stars out of 5 for average. Although I did get a few laughs in, but not enough to call it a true comedy flick. 3 Words - Lame Chick Flick

I have eaten at MANY Subway's around the US, and honestly I can not figure out why I went there as many times as I did. Probably because I always thought it was healthy, but how healthy is eating bugs or getting food poisoning. Also how clean is the place really, I mean out of ANY fast foot place I've ever been too, they seem to hire the 'laziest' employees. I could get more descriptive on the employee's I've seen working here, but all I really need to say is these are NOT the kind of people I ever want handling my food. It's no wonder they make them wear gloves, I have only had food poisoning once and boy was it brutal, but I can say it definitely came from subway, after eating the "meatball marinara" sub sandwhcih' also, I dont know how many times i've been there and seen bugs crawl across the cash register, or how CAKED up the DUST was around it... If it's that bad around the cash register imagine how bad it can be where they store the food behind doors what you dont see everyday or even the buckets they put the food into , do they really wash them? For anyone, who wants to 'eat fresh' make it yourself, don't eat subway.

This is so far the most comfortable keyboard i've owned, after purchasing and returning 4 or 5 other keyboards such as the Razer Boards, Logitech Boards, and other Microsoft Boards. This one out of all is sleek, match's my style and most importantly it WORKS! I was really happy to find that the USB transmitter is not a 'corded' one. It's a 2 inch 'dongle' like device, this way it's one less wire I have to string along somewhere. This also allows you to easily use this setup with a laptop on a desk for those of you who use docking stations or similar.

The mouse does come with a charge/cradle which saves me the DOUBLE AA batteries I usually go through like water. Also, the GREAT thing about this mouse is that it is as LIGHT as a corded mouse but actually has rechargeable lightweight batteries inside. The battery last for weeks, and I work 5+ hours a day on the PC. I've only had to charge it twice in the last month.

This model looks is only good for it's look, sexy camera indeed, especially because you can see "3CCD", "Full HD 1080" , "HDD" on the side. While it sounds mouth watering, it ends up being useless. The point of having a HDD is for quick transfers and compatibility. It should be using a standard format other than a proprietary type that requires conversion before you can do anything with it. I found no application that would natively support it while many cameras are widely supported because they use a traditional format. Though this HD format is slightly new, atleast if they stuck to the HD format standards iMovie, and Final Cut would easily support it. I bought this camera hoping to be able to easily 'drag and drop' the data files onto backup drives, and into video editors and found out this was not the case. Also, why have a firewire port if you cant use it to transfer data like this? Yes, odd but its limited on how and what you can transfer via the FireWire cable.

USB only export from a HDD camera? Yikes, my DV film tapes will import faster than that ! So do not bother !

These are great speakers! I ditched my Altec Lansing set, which was a 3 piece with sub woofer that would rock the house. I did this to regain the floor space my sub woofer took up, these Bose speakers are pretty close and will out do many 3 speakers(sub) sets out there. The sound quality is of the clearest you can find in this price range.

Some complain that there is no 'off switch' though almost every computer speaker set on the market uses a power supply unit to plug into the AC outlet which will still draw power even if the speaker switch is set to off.

Office Depot - Work Life Rewards

Terrible program, of all of the retail rewards, this is by far the SLOWEST out there, it has very little return and as office depot's coupons already are very picky, 5 out of the 6 times I have tried to use coupons I always get denied. I was sold over 2,000.00 worth of furniture and was told by the floor salesmen who has been there for YEARS,( you would think he knows what he is talking about) that I would be receiving 10% back in Work life Rewards credit on all furniture purchases those days. He told me this multiple times, he even tried to make sure my orders were all credited in the system of which he found he made some mistakes and told me he would call it in and correct it. Not to mention we even planned this purchase over a month ahead, while waiting for the 20% coupon and the 10% back coupons to come out.

After months go by and only a fraction of the rewards I was lead to believe came, I then took some liberty in trying to determine what in the hell went wrong. I received an entire print out of the furniture I ordered from the store, and then called work life rewards customer service. (Oh by the way, Margie this is for you). I've never dealt with any customer service that truly made you feel like nothing larger than a grain of salt, they didn't' care what I had to say, they didn't care what ways there was to fix this, policy was policy but the fact is... I could of, if I would of known and been shot the truth from the beginning how to of fixed the issue at hand. I was only 3-4 days outside of the promotional range, but the truth is, WHY WOULD I OF LET THAT BE AN ISSUE WHEN I COULD OF RETURNED/REPURCHASED THE FURNITURE using the receipt just a few days later to make sure everything was in line? Nooo, I was told by the salesman, "just CALL IN and they can correct it for you, I shouldn't have a problem". What a LOAD OF ****. Now the 200 approx rewards that I Should of received came out to only 58.00. Again, what a load of ****.

I understand your SYSTEM wont let you make coffee, or print Benji Franklins. But, to compensate why don't you send me check or a gift card? Hell, is that so hard? You clearly understand he fact that I could of returned the product/repurchased them to make it work, as it was clearly within the 30 day window again actually only 3-4 days off from the promotional range.

Now, that you were NOT WILLING to work with me in the slightest bit, I will now focus my frustration on syndicating this article to 1,000's of people via the WEB. It works wonders these days. - So go ahead, watch the 'VIEWS' on the top of this page, see how many it gets to just in the first few days.

Oh, and do you have to ask your "System" if it's OK to wipe your *** before you do it?

Great software, though many mixed reviews. I have yet to 'own' a copy, I have only used the trial. Though the entire process seemed very easy, also the features really kill the competitions.

Extremely nice hotel. The price is a bit higher than most, though it has it's reasons and you do get what you pay for. They also have really good food, from the sports bar or even with room service.

I've been here to stay, and to hang out it's not bad at all. I've also been for other events in the convention area. It is a BIG hotel. Views are nice, you do feel a tad secluded , which is nice for being in Texas, usually all hotels are in smack dab in the middle of major cities only. This is one of a handful of "Gaylord" hotels. There is not any real entertainment here, though it is very close to out mall "Grapevine Mills Mall".

Wells Fargo Bank

Big Bank, but I don't like there packages, services or fee's. I give them two stars only for a few reasons, though I won't list many.

1 of which is that they charge overdraft fee percentages EVEN if you have linked backup credit line or card attached to that account. I could understand if someone is actually over drafting with a 0.00 balance or no backup payment method, but come on. How does any business run, when they have cost of good sold and account receivable coming and going all of the time? It's not possible to reaming in the GREEN 100% of the time.

Anyhow, if you are a small business I would highly suggest looking for a smaller bank, the only reason why we require a bank like this is because of there online account management and international services, thus the same reason I gave Wells Fargo only 2 stars at least they have something useful.

Let me add 1 more thing - Does it make since for a bank to decrease your business credit line even if your CREDIT score increased? No, it doesn't - they reduced a line of ours just because of how the economy is playing out, it had nothing to do with my credit. Thanks Wells Fargo I will be sure to syndicate this to the world!

The iPhone.... where do I start? It has so many features that enhance everyday life, though still in it's early stages and on it's 2nd year of release it has room for improvement.

It does lack a few things such as TASK and NOTE management that would then sync with your typical EXCHANGE account. After the first two updates, I have not had as near as many issues as there were the first couple of days. So far it's been a really reliable device and then some, by far the BEST phone I've ever owned, and that says a lot coming from me.

One day it will have turn by turn GPS, better battery life, and a built in cam for video conferencing. Though it has plenty to satisfy everything I've ever needed in a phone and wished for prior to the above.

Its pitiful, I bet he thinks his response is highly educated, when in fact it shows the lack of understanding on this concept, as well as the fact that many other 'prescription medications' out there are truly much more harmful to your body than marijuana.

Best customer support I've ever encountered with ANY online related services. I've worked with 100's, this really sets a standard for the rest of us.

The hosting, equipment, security, is phenomenal. It's pricey, but you GET what you pay for and then some... Imagine that?

Only 1 complaint, as far as anyone interested in partnering with RackSpace, they don't have a recurring residual commission based program. It's only one time, even if they RENEW the client? This doesnt sound right or comparable to what the 'norm' is out there for resellers.
